Payments
For reservations of upto two weeks a deposit of £200 will be requested. The deposit for longer reservations is £100 per week booked. The balance of the rental must be paid one calendar month prior to the commencement of the rental.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £200 is payable with the final balance. This will be returned following confirmation from our local representative that all is in order within four weeks of the end of the rental period.
Changeover day
In general the changeover day will be Saturday. However it may be possible to arrange other arrival days especially outside high season.
Linen
All linen will be provided. Other cleaning is not included. Additional cleaning can be organised by special arrangement.
